Individual Therapy
Depth-oriented psychotherapy grounded in the Jungian tradition
held within a solid alchemical container.
Who is this for?
You feel depressed, anxious, or emotionally burdened
You feel at a crossroads, in transition, or quietly overwhelmed
You’re curious about your inner world or are specifically interested in Jungian dream work
You’re seeking depth, meaning, and authenticity rather than surface-level coping strategies
You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Many people come because something no longer fits, even if they can’t yet name what wants to change.
The Therapeutic Container
In the Jungian tradition, we focus less on techniques and more on creating the conditions where meaningful change can unfold. In alchemy, this is called the vas bene clausum - the “well-sealed vessel” - a container strong enough to hold whatever you bring.
Sessions happen within reliable boundaries of time, confidentiality, and intention
We move at a pace that respects your nervous system. Nothing is forced, rushed, or pushed before it’s ready
The therapeutic relationship itself is part of the work. How we relate, repair, and make meaning together matters
Vulnerable, unfinished, or contradictory parts are protected and allowed to emerge without pressure to resolve or perform
What happens in Individual Therapy?
The heart of therapy is the experience of “withness.” This work is an invitation to be met and accompanied as you explore what matters, what hurts, and what is emerging.
Emotional patterns and relational dynamics
Life transitions, identity, and meaning-making
Trauma and nervous system regulation
Integration of significant experiences
